Moving in — utilities, gas & internet

Two timing tips: ① apply for utilities and internet at least 14 days before your move-in date; ② in a condo, book bulky-item moves with the management office first — usually working hours and Saturday morning only, and some condos take a lift deposit.

SP GroupOpen or close your utilities account (electricity & water) — arrange before move-in day; usually takes effect within a few working days.
